I answered a posting on Indeed with them. Did one phone interview, nothing in person ever. They sent me an email with links to the background check stuff and onboarding. While waiting for that to clear, I started reading stuff on this forum about experiences with them, and realizing that wanting to be just part time with very specific availability, I opted to take gigs with a couple of mom and pops companies that have worked out well. When they called saying my background check was good, I just needed to come in for orientation and I could start immediately. I said thanks but I've already found a position. Why am I telling you all this? Even after declining the position, they still text, call, or email me once a week to see if I'm still interested. I had no prior experience, I just paid out of my own pocket to get my guard card.
