There was a call first, that took about ten to fifteen minutes, then one face-to-face interview, then a call with two members of the team I would be working with and finally a short test that I had three days to finish. The interview was in English. An engineering lead came to Prague to interview me. It took 30 minutes. I was asked some open questions related to my skills, my understanding of the role I was applying for, understanding of the company etc.
