Entrevista
The interview process was quick (mainly because I had another offer) and overall quite relaxed. The technical questions were fairly simple, but there were many behavioral questions. It’s a good idea to review the culture deck they share beforehand — it helps you understand what they value and how they assess candidates.

Pergunta 1
Can you walk me through your workflow when you get a new task, from the first time you see it to when the code goes live in production?
Average interview difficulty consisting of 6 different rounds of technical and behavioral questions. Two hands-on technical rounds of hard and soft skillsets plus another four of behavioral with managers, PMs, leads, etc..
The recruiter seemed very aloof and distracted through our interaction, it felt like they were just checking boxes and I didn’t get a good feel for the culture of the company or much about the role. After that I had a pretty basic coding assessment which included introductions, the coding challenge, and time for questions. The question was fairly straightforward and I answered it fine, then they asked a follow up question and kind of put me on the spot to stay after the allotted interview slot time, I agreed and got through everything fine with good feedback. I never heard back from the company for 3 weeks until I finally just got an automated rejection email. A waste of time, unprofessional, and unorganized interview process. I would not recommend.
