First call with a 'test specialist'...lots of abstract questions, then a debrief that sounded more like a crystal ball reader than anything else. Then interview at the office for the second round. Person was rude, unfortunately. Asked me to share my full on training plan (which she didn't know how to design), never thanked me, just got ghosted.
