I went to 2 interviews and they were more behavioral questions. They also make you take a test before going to the interview. My first interview was with the department team lead and the second one was with the claims manager. I went through the background checks and thought I had the job. They ended up hiring someone else because the background check came back quicker.. I was told they would love to hire me, etc...

Entrevista
Great. Clean Office. Friendly vibe. Straight and to the point reviewed my resume and went over some questions. Let it open for me to ask questions. At the end of the interview process they have you take a basic assignment test and the end of the test is an essay part. Make sure you use 100 words minimum.

What was one thing I wanted to gain from working with them
The interview process was quick, simple, painless and to the point. I was sent an email to set up a day and time for a video interview. I got that scheduled, and few days later I had my interview.

Entrevista
Very easy, basic interview questions. They really want to get a sense of your career goals and personality. Spent time talking about job role and expectations and the rest was going over my resume and talking about my work experience.
