Had a intake interview with HR person about 3 weeks later set up an interview with hiring manager, then team. The two people under the hiring manager laughed and giggled about how unprepared they were. Interview done over WebEx. The one lady looked sloppy and office was a mess. Received offer it was grossly under my salary requirements that were previously discussed. A waste of time interviewing, excel assessment and personality

Hellos, 4 months back I had an interview with sedgwick, it's 2 rounds of interview, 1st is an online, videocall, decent technical 30-40 Mins and 2nd round 20 mins. Overall good accepted offer. Less salary. Good work

The interview process was good, however the information provided initially was incorrect, it was to be a 4 day work week and once speaking to to department manager it was not a option
