Entrevista
There are a series of interviews and also a writing test. First, a third party recruitment company calls for a phone screen. If you qualify, you go in for an in-person interview at the office. It is a pretty standard interview. They ask you about yourself, what you know about the company, etc. If they like you in the interview, they have do 2 writing samples in the conference room.
Phone call from recruiter, simple interviewed with potential supervisor, then 2nd interview with supervisor and manager. Basic questions about self and work history , not the typical behavioral style. Heard back within a week.
The interview process was a recorded session, that asks various personality questions and work situation experiences. Your answers are recorded. It was simple and they even give you time to practice your answer.

It was a normal interview with manager and supervisor. The interview went well. It was not intimidating. They asked normal interview questions, nothing tricky. They get back to you with a decision quickly.
