Was contacted about a phone screening interview fairly quickly. Then was told I was moving on to what they called a “final interview” which was set up through team meets and was a video interview. Then I was invited to their company’s hiring event and interviewed with two people. From there it took about 2 weeks to hear from a hiring manager who told me that I had been “recommended to move towards an offer”. I then had 2 different video calls with leads from different clients… I then reached out by email 4 different times. They basically ghosted me for over a month and then respond with “you weren’t a match with those particular clients but I can set you up with another interview this week” they give you the run around, have AWFUL communication skills and are not straightforward with what their hiring process consists of. Very unprofessional and I decided I do not want to give this company another second of my time

Entrevista
This interview process was so confusing. I applied and was quickly sent an email to schedule a video screening call with the recruiter. Scheduled that and logged into Teams. The recruiter did not come on video at all and it only took about 10 minutes, answering basic questions. I then received a text the next day to schedule the secondary interview and was excited about it. I texted back about an hour later and sent my availability. No response came back. I texted again, with more dates of availability and no response. I emailed my recruiter to follow up, since I was still interested and still no response. I work a job with random hours, so I was trying to get it scheduled for what works for me. They had a hiring event happening as well for the same position, so I went to that and the person interviewing me did not know much about the LOAC position but said she heard the same thing happened to someone else. Now I am still waiting to see if I will ever get a secondary interview or hear anything. As someone who worked in HR and Recruiting before, this is just such a bad process and it is so sad to just ignore someone who is just trying to schedule an interview that you reached out to about! It definitely would make me weary to even accept any offer!

Entrevista
I had 2 hiring manager interview me. They both seemed very nice and friendly. They explained what the position entails and they asked about 5 questions. They asked me if i had any questions after explaining about the position.
The interview was virtual but formal. Very professional. Lasted about 15 mins. As long as you sell yourself well you’ll get the job. The people interviewing me seemed like they really liked their jobs.
