HR reached out via WhatsApp to book the interview and then we met on Zoom. Post interview, she never updated me nor answered my email. Therefore, I reached out via WhatsApp, to which she was unresponsive for a week. Then said finally answered, didn't apologize for the delay. She said she would schedule the upcoming interview with the hiring manager. I gave her my availabilities. Again, she never responded and a couple of days later, I got the generic rejection email. Super unprofessional HR - which reflects really badly on the company.
