Entrevista
One week after I submitted the take-home programming task, I got the interview invitation. I first introduced my research experience and the interviewer introduced the company and the role. Then she asked some follow-up questions related to the take-home tasks, computer vision, and machine learning. I got the final decision in 2 weeks. Overall, the interview experience is good.

Process comprised of the following: Assignment sent to be solved, interview to review the assignment, Technical (programming) interview, another technical interview and lastly interview with presentation to meet the team. In general too much hassle for the company size.

Entrevista
I received a take-home assignment one week after I submitted my application online. The technical interview will be investigated according to the take-home assignment. After successfully completing the take-home assignment, there will be a 4-hour interview, including an introduction to the entire company, a technical interview, a whiteboard programming interview, and a cto/ceo interview. A large number of personal behavior issues will be asked and discussed.
In technical interviews, interviewers lack the understanding and depth of professional knowledge. They always bring candidates to discuss possible problems encountered in their projects. They do not understand the nature of the problem and how to solve it, but seek to quickly apply it to the project. This may be the genes of a startup company.
Whiteboard programming does not give guidance in advance. The interviewer’s question is different from the traditional problem-solving way of thinking. In the process of communication, it is difficult to understand whether the interviewer wants to evaluate programming ideas, programming ability or coding ability, which causes the candidate to lose the focus of thinking and cannot complete the problem well.
After the interview, the feedback given made people feel unfair. Candidates consume a lot of energy and time to complete the interview, and only give simple feedback to inform the candidate that it is inappropriate, and there is no more support and response.
In general, this company has high requirements, low investment, poor atmosphere, imperfect equipment environment, and unprofessional colleagues. It is not a very good computer vision company.
