The process took about 3 weeks and it consisted of 3 steps:
- 10 mins scoping call where they better explain the role and the recruiting process;
- Practical task. After the call, you are given a week to complete a practical task. Different skills required to be successful: from excel skills to marketing and business knowledge.
- 45 mins in-person interview where you are mainly asked to go through your task and motivate your choices. No pointless questions about how many tennis balls can fit in an airplane.
