I had to be interviewed 4 separated times.1 interview is with the Human resources staff. The second one is with the VP of the division, VP of Human Resourses, and head of divisions. Third interview is with a Psychologist to make sure you are capactated for the position you are interviewing. The Last interview is with the president of the company to make sure he approves. After that they will present to you a NO negotiation offer.
