Once you go through the initial interview, you will take a personality quiz. Be honest on the quiz as it will lead to the next step in your interview. My situation was unique, so I only had one "interview" after that test, then received my offer letter and HR info that same day.

Entrevista
Was entirely on zoom, was not impressed with their professionalism or company incentives for the position. Had multiple people in the call but only one person was spoke on behalf of all of them. Was an odd online interview experience.

Entrevista
The second interviewer was late, and both interviewers texted (or were otherwise on their phones) for the first 5 minutes while they were meeting with me. While the questions themselves were typical, the tone and delivery from one of the interviewers was not. I disclosed I was interviewing with other builders, and when I declined to answer which ones, her demeanor toward me grew both somehow challenging, and dismissive. It was surprising and really threw me off guard for the rest of the interview. I wouldn’t want to work with that particular person, so maybe bombing the interview was a blessing.

Entrevista
The interview process involved a group setting which included two groups. There were about 14 people total and groups of 7 each. It involved us being able to speak with a Sales Associate and asking questions as well as being social. Then we switched to the interview upstairs with Cody and Matt as a group.

They asked questions about how to overcome objection with interest rates, people whoa re shopping on the fence, how would you approach clients as they enter the home, and what we knew about Richmond American Homes and the products they offered. Had we had any sales experience prior, etc.
