Walk In Application - Followed by immediate interview.
Interview Process involved a list of behavioral questions, job/labor request, and physical requirements. Followed by a general labor safety video for warehouse type work. This ended with a urine drug test that was done in office if applicable.

Applied Online, recieved a call before I even finished the application, set up an in person interview for a few weeks later. Went in, Saw that they drug test, Wasn't able to pass, was invited to come back in 6 months.
