I had a two step interview process leading to my hire. I met first over the phone and then by Zoom with a recruiter, and then with a sales team lead. I spoke with him for about an hour.

Not quite completed. There is a preliminary skills test that was unlike anything I have ever encountered. They are testing one's ability to multitask and handle stress (I imagine) It's quite stressful
