The interview process felt very ad hoc and poorly organized. The recruiter lacked enthusiasm and didn’t leave a positive impression of the company. I would say the same about senior leadership too.
What’s most disappointing is the lack of communication. After participating in three rounds of interviews, candidates deserve to be informed about the outcome—selected or not. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I received no response, which reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism.
