this sounds ridiculous , there is no reason these or any employer goes so far beyond a point of complete stupidity in asking so many questions, doing so many interviews, if you have to pressure people so much in the first place to have interest in your company of products or services you must be terrible to begin with, putting interview prospects through so much is redundant and not productive in securing excellent employees.
