Initial interview as simple and easy the recruiter will ask questions about your exp and skills you acquired to be fit for the role. Next is with the Director wherein It was very technical related to different issues faced by amazon sellers. Next round was a Case Study where I was asked to prepare a 30 60 90 day Plan for the brand I will be handling and identify some painpoints I would like to address in my early employment. There were aslso a presentation part for your case study and you will be asked for the logic of your action plan. Lastly is the culture fit interview, just a normal chitchat to measure my values and how I collaborate with the team.
