Firstly there was a phone call with the recruitment officer and then a meeting with the head of the recruitment team. The interview was 35 minutes long and was a competency-based interview in person. The head of the team ran through a few standard questions. The focus was mainly on staying power, motivation and whether or not I was a good fit for the team.

Thorough interview process of 3 stages. Telephone interview, then CV run through and situational exercise, and then a final meeting with director. Interview feedback was slow and unclear due to a change internally in the business. All interviewers were friendly but could have been more personal.
