First part is a 20 minutes interview. The recruiter was very nice but her strong accent was difficult to understand. She read all information and questions. One part of the interview was that she explained a situation and you should answer questions like "what went wrong?" "what steps had been taken?“ “what is the result going to be?" "what would you do differently?" Advice: bring a paper and a pen to this interview and take notes about the situation she tells you about. And ask her to wait or slow down while you take your notes. Two task had been given after the interview: "Tell us your biggest success story and biggest failure story in relation to your previous job. Why do you consider them to be like that." After the interview I felt a strong wish to not proceed in the interview process due to the interaction and no interest that was shown to see me as a person and not only a" human resource". It felt very robotic. Second interview was with the hiring manager and HR representative. It was an interview with some red flags for me due to the questions asked. "what do you dislike from your current company?“ " what would you improve in your current company?" "how was the worst manager you had and why?" But also positive questions had been asked like "how should your work at Semrush be to make you happy? “ “how was the best manager you had?" They decided not to move forward with me and I completely agree with their decision. The manager seemed to be a very nice person :)
