I applied online through the website and a recruiter reached out promptly within a few days. The initial chat/ recruiter screening went well. They said that I was a good fit for the role, stated that they will progress me to the next round and will email me on the next steps. Except the email never came. And I still got no response even after following up. Till date I still have no idea if I’m still part of the process or if they’ve decided to move ahead with other candidates. I understand that recruiters receive many applications and won’t be able to respond to every single one. But I would think that it is respectful to uphold a promise and let candidates know where they currently stand.
