Incredibly behavioral. 3 rounds.
Round 1: 30 min phone screening call
Round 2: 1 hr video call just with behavioral questions
Round 3: 1 hr video call with behavioral questions and really light case. The case is barely even one. I'd consider it more of a brainstorming session. No frameworks or mental math needed
The interview process for Sendero at an associate level was very straightforward and simple. There were 2 back to back meetings that were behavioral and then a case in person at their HQ.

Entrevista
Started with a brief screening call, and then did a 1 hour virtual behavioral interview with one manager. She asked about 5-6 behavioral questions. Then, I was asked to come in person for another behavioral interview. It was the same format as the virtual interview, and some of the questions were the same. I did not have a case study in any of my interviews. Make sure to be conversational. They want good answers, but they really want to know you are a culture fit. Make sure to start by genuinely trying to get to know your interviewer and answer your questions honestly and with the STAR structure. It's really straightforward and they want you to succeed.
