Entrevista
The process took about 2 months. You apply. If interested they email you to schedule a brief phone interview/discussion. You do group interview. Computer test (microsoft office was surprisingly really hard, excel was basics). Last interview with heads of department. Then fingerprinting. If they dont call you for the next interview, CALL THEM to check on your status. I only moved on to each step after calling them to check in when I wouldn't hear from them for a week.

Entrevista
Basic interview, mostly with questions about skills/background and reason for being interested in the position. They also asked some situational questions (e.g. how would you handle a typical challenging scenario that is likely to come up if you are hired). A good portion of the interview was also dedicated to explaining the position and its benefits, location possibilities, etc. In general, the interview process seemed very standardized/formalized and the interviewer was very friendly.

How would you handle a complex situation in which you are dealing with multiple competing (and complex) demands on your attention while you are working in a "front desk" role at a Seneca office? (the question itself was slightly more specific than that...they actually presented a hypothetical scenario, but I don't remember the exact details of it)

Entrevista
Applied online. Got contacted via phone, when she did a quick impromptu phone screening. Immediately offered me a group interview. Went to group interview the following week. Pretty straightforward and very casual, with people interviewing for all kinds of different positions (I was the only one interviewing for my position). Pretty typical questions, including a situation question. Got contacted the following week about coming in for a test. Really simple Microsoft Word/Excel test (hint: only need to know the SUM function....I was trying to review VBA and macros in preparation for this test, really overestimated and overthought it). Anyways, next week I got called in for an in-person interview with the people I'd be working under. Interview went fine...until they realized that I was still in school (only for another month, though), at which point they finally decided to inform me (in the middle of the interview!!!) that they were looking to hire someone immediately within the next two weeks. Straightforward process that's pretty relaxed, just annoying that it took them 3 weeks to realize that I was still in school...

Describe a project you are especially proud of, are you a team player or an independent worker, how would you handle a situation where a colleague wasn't doing their job and you need their input in order to meet a deadline, etc. Know your resume/background well and be ready to link your experiences to the role (like with any other interview).
