Before coming in for an interview, the agency called to ask a few questions about how I found out about the job and why it is that I wanted the position. They then asked me about my availability and which location I would like to work in. At the end of the phone call, they asked me what days I am available for a group interview. The group interview consisted of about 8 people including me. Everyone at the group interview were applying for various positions at Seneca. During the interview, it kind of felt like a competition on who could answer the quickest and best. Since there were quite a few of us, it was hard to not say something similar to what someone has said before.

I applied online. After about two to three weeks the agency calls you and goes over the requirements. If you are still interested they set up a group interview via zoom.
