It was a group interview. HR recruiter was very knowledgeable about the organization and explained to us about what they do. We were 5 of us for the interview. For each question, each one of us answered it. Interview was easy as the HR recruiter made us feel comfortable. We had to tell about ourselves, some were situational and behavioral questions. What are my top 3 strengths? What is my weakness and need improvement on? If you are well prepared you would do just fine. Within 4 days of my interview, I got a phone call to come in for the computer test(Entry Level Word and Excel). Within a week of taking the computer test, I called them to find out the status. Was told that, I would find out at the end of the day. Got the email in the evening, No offer.
