I applied online and got a call from a recruiter about 10 days later. They asked why I wanted to work for Seneca and then scheduled a group interview. My group consisted of 4 others and we were all applying for administrative positions for various locations. The recruiter that led the interview was really nice and made us feel at ease. We were expected to answer each question, which is good because we weren't fighting for air time. After the questions she explained a bit about the company and their services. It took about 1.5 hours and she told us that we would hear back within a week either way. The next step would be a computer test in word/excel and then an interview with the program we were applying for. Just from their interview process I can see that they value teamwork and and fostering a friendly and open atmosphere. There seems like a lot of room for growth in this organization and it has been a good experience so far.

There were total of two interview rounds. The first one had three people and the second round had one person. It was an average interview process, many thoughtful questions in the first round by both persons. The second round was so much easier great experience overall.

This is by far one of the worst interview processes I’ve ever been through. It took them 4 months to do a phone screen and a group interview. Do not expect them to respect your time or you enough to get genuine communication.

Entrevista
Interviewed with the department director. The director was pleasant and welcoming. Interview style was casual and questions weren't too difficult. The process was simple. I was offered the position after the single interview.
