1st round was mainly about getting to know you, such as why sennder and this role. Conversely, hr shared a detailed background about the the company and the team this role is going to work in. After that, checking some skillset and expected salary. 2nd round was deep dive into the scope, responsibility, and the team. In 3rd round, I was given a case study that requires me to complete it 24-hr before the call. For me, it took me 5 day to complete a presentation slide. Upon presenting, there were 4 interviewers including hiring manager. We ran presentation that I presented first, then interviewers asked questions. I had a great experience in the entire process and great conversation with each one of interviewers.
