Firstly had a phone interview before meeting two people at the office. Most of the questions were competency-based and involved some questions on Human Resources and how to deal with certain situations.

Applied online and had an initial phone interview with the co-founder (for background).
A week later, I went to the office to have 2 face-to-face interviews. One was quite technical and the other was more on my background and competency-based questions.
