Had 1 screening interview and didn’t hear back until 5 days later. Then was emailed by the recruiter to ask if I would be comfortable being extra flexible and available with work hours to the point where it could affect work life balance. But before I could respond I got a separate email less than 24 hours later saying they were going with other candidates. To me, it felt a bit uncoordinated and messy, which is a reflection of how they may operate as a business overall.

I applied to Sensi.ai via ukrainian recruiters several times, even had a bunch of HR calls with them, but apparently my resume was never forwarded to the client as I heard no response from them. I remember this firm particularly because I was approached with this name several times, all of which resulted in my wasted time on 40-minute recruiter calls, without any further feedback. I would not recommend applying via ukrainian recruiters because you will never get presented to the client.
