It was made up of 3 stages -Video remote interview: Here you sent in a video answering a few questions from the interviewer. -onsite interview: Here we had a series of tests in line with the role function, e.g email response test. -training period: This was conducted over a 1 month period and it tested your ability to actually do the job in real time.
