The interview process felt pretty standard for an SDR role. It was broken down into 5 phone calls: screening, hiring manager, VP of Sales, current SDR, and CEO. There was also a writing project in between. Very professional and transparent. I left each stage feeling like I had a good understanding of where I stood. The questions asked were relevant and tried to capture both my experience and ability to think quickly.
