One of the senior leaders called me to discuss the Support Team Tech Lead Role and about my background/experiences. They seemed eager to schedule a second interview the week after and said they'd get back to me. They strung me along for 2 weeks saying that they wanted to interview me. Finally, they scheduled an interview later in the week. The next day, abruptly they cancelled the interview which I allocated time for and said they are going with another candidate without even giving me a chance. Very unprofessional and disappointing to be treated that way.
