Interview with HR personnel. Once you interview then if you don’t receive an offer up front then you didnt get the position. If you receive and offer let them you pretty much got the job. It’s pretty standard.

Entrevista
I was Interviewed by HR, then by 2 VP’s, and 2 hours later by the head of a department. Received my offer the same day of the interview. All of the interviewers were polite and friendly. They described the job and what the were looking for in a candidate.

Entrevista
Applied and was asked to come for an interview. The interview was 1-on-1 with my future supervisor. Received an offer within one day and started working within two weeks since the interview process.
