I'm a mid-senior level analyst with a history of overperforming and ensuring my customers have what they need at the end of each day. This means I'm very engaged and oftentimes am working the entire day. Unfortunately, SentinelOne struggled to accommodate the initial interview with the hiring manager because he couldn't bare to work 30 minutes after 5 pm his local time. I'm also a candidate in the US for a US position and the hiring manager - located across the world - would not accommodate time for me. If you want to work in an organization where people give and take to try and accommodate for one another, this is not the org for you. If you want to work at a Cybersecurity organization that values 'my way or highway', SentinelOne is exactly that (and unfortunately there are so many security companies like this). On the bright side, BeyondTrust, Crowdstrike, and Barracuda are hiring like crazy and my experiences with them have been phenomenal! Respect yourself and try one of them
