The interview process was well managed from the initial call with the recruiter to the CISO. After the initial recruiter call, five interviews have been arranged and completed within the span of ten days with a great flexibility to schedule. The interviewers showed up timely and maintained their time slots.
The people who interviewed me are Directors and above. They are specific to the skills they needed for the role, and they ensured that my experience and qualifications are appropriate for the role. The conversations during the interviews were kept within the scope and its context as appropriately specific to the job roles and responsibilities.
During the conversations, the interviewers introduced themselves with sufficient details about their current role, profile, prior experience, employment duration with this company, company’s profile and its growth opportunities, and what they are looking for the position for which I was interviewed.
The interviewers gave me sufficient time to put forth my qualifications and values that I could bring to the company, and they were keenly listening to what I was saying.
The interviewers were open to admit that they learnt new things from our conversations. The conversations were managed friendly and cordially. It was a pleasure talking to the mid-level and senior level management.
I got three offers on the same day and I accepted the offer from SentinelOne.
