The first interview I went through was just a phone call and they just asked about myself and why I wanted to join Sentry. They also asked about my grades, GPA, major, etc.

I first heard about their internship program from a career fair at my school and applied to be an intern online. I was then offered a phone interview a few weeks later, which was a pretty standard HR pre-screening interview. A couple weeks later I was offered a skype interview with the actual unit I was applying for. I assume if my school was located closer to their home office it would've been in person. The skype interview was a little more intimidating but overall it was still pretty relaxed. Three people interviewed me and one ended up being my supervisor when I took the position. They took turns asking me questions and a they were all straight forward or probing questions about my resume. I was offered the position about a week later. Overall a smooth process.
