I had a mixed experience with the interview process at SentryCS. While the direct manager interview was conducted in a good and professional atmosphere, the process with HR was frustrating and unprofessional. HR took an unusually long time to respond at every step, and I felt like I had to chase them constantly to get updates. They didn’t respond to WhatsApp messages for weeks, despite expressing interest in moving forward with the process. This lack of communication was both strange and unlike anything I’ve encountered before. The final stage included a non-technical interview with the VP of R&D, but after that, they decided not to proceed. Overall, the inconsistent communication and delays made the experience disappointing, despite the positive interaction with the direct manager.
