Very formal. Wasn’t made to feel at ease. Didn’t ask how I was etc. no small talk before questions and no introductions of the 3 people on the call. Very regimented set of questions. Times answer responses. At the end of the interview I was told ‘thank you anyway’ which meant I knew I had been unsuccessful. Wouldn’t have accepted if offered as didn’t like the culture it was expressing in the interview.
