Applied online and got a call about a week later (I also had an employee referral). Went in to meet with the Store Director and a Specialist. Wear all black, full face of makeup, hair professional and nails done. Act like you already have the job. Very laid back interview, they gave me a great impression of the store and the company. Asked just a few questions, for seasonal it's only part time and pay caps at 10$(which is extremely low) Tell me about yourself, what's your work experience like, where do you want to be in a year, what's your selling style. They also informed that after holiday all seasonal employees get reviewed and they decide if they want to keep you on, promote you, or let you go.

My interview was for Sephora in Barrie, ON. It was so disorganized. I applied online, and one month later, I received an email saying that I was rejected, a few minutes the manager sent an email saying that it was still on and they wanted to do an interview. Was online, and the manager was yawning, she even started talking with someone else. My friend got the interview after me, and she never showed up, or even reply any email.
