Job fair panel where you just have a 1 on 1 interview with a hiring person and they ask you the basic questions anyone would ask, and if you qualify you get to go proceed to the second, more in-depth interview. I got a terrible interviewer and as much as I tried to be polite and friendly she reciprocated none of it and just looked as if this was the last place she wanted to be.
Interview process was very straightforward with follow up calls and scheduling happening very consistently and within a couple of weeks. The questions felt client - oriented and applicable to the role.

I was given a single interview with very basic questions. I have seen the store give group interviews so be prepared for that. So long as you sound confident, show passion, and practice giving answers to basic questions and prepare to give examples in situations related to customer service, you're doing better than most.

It was a group interview and it had like 8 people. We went around in circles. The person interviewing was sweet. It did not have anything to do with makeup but a lot to do with customer service
