I went on my 1st group interview today, I wasn't to scared, however my interviewer was a bit shakey. It was 2 other ladies and it was more of a conversation then a interview which made me relax EVEN MORE!. They're looking for someone that want a career and not just a job. Over all it was great and I feel pretty good about what's next. Have my fingers crossed that I get the job.

Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
