Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Sephora (Mission Viejo, CA) em ago. de 2014
Entrevista
The interview process was easy. I applied online, got a call the next day to do an impromtu phone interview with the store manager, then a week later I interviewed with the district manager and she asked me simple questions about visual merchandising and how creative I am. We discussed the position and what it entailed. Overall, nothing she asked me caught me off guard. They were all typical interview questions.

If you were a crayon color, which color would you be and why? What is your greatest strength? Weakness?
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Sephora.
Entrevista
It was simple but they ask you about your previous experiences and the things you like regarding cosmetics whether its skincare, makeup or haircare.
The hiring managers do want you to talk more and express yourself.
You go in person and tell an employee that you have a scheduled interview. They will get a manager to do so and you will be guided to the back for it. Then, there's a small introduction to break the ice and will proceed with the rest which takes about 10-15 minutes. Afterwards, they call you back in about a week or two to tell you if you've been hired or not.

Interviewer will ask about your past experiences: "why are you interested in this role", "tell me about a time when...". Following the latter, they'll be curious about your problem-solving skills, so how did you/how will you react to a situation. I suggest you read about the position you are getting interviewed for.
Awesome. Really straightforward. Asked cookie cutter questions to get a feel for your general attitude/personality and your ability to handle adversity. If you are going in for an interview, don't over think it.
