there was a group interview with about 20 people and they put us in a big room together. They would ask general questions and see who would answer. Basically the more that you were able to showcase your answers, and how you dressed, you would get a single interview
Initial phone interview with store manager, progressed to face to face interview. Asked why I want to be with company, brief availability questions before face to face meeting in the store the next day.

pretty straight forward asked questions about beauty and skincare and haircare. felt comfortable as it was virtual, everyone was friendly and welcoming. i did not get the job though unfortunately!
