Entire process from applying to getting the job was about 3-4 weeks. Went into location and spoke with a worker (not manager) for about 30 minutes. Asked me about how I handle customers (or how I plan to) and how I might juggle responsibilities. Also got to know my character through basic questions. I got one email about a week later rejecting me, but soon got another one giving me the job. Not sure what changed within those two weeks but I currently work there.

If you had a customer, needed to replenish products, and a section in the store to reset/redesign, what would be your process of completing them?

Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
