Super negative experience and overall creepy vibes. Interviewed with HR, and 2 senior stakeholders face to face in the company offices in Israel. HR interview - nothing out of the ordinary. Just an average pulse check phone screening, The 2 stakeholders met me at 2 separate occasions for over 2 hours each. Both were relatively nice, but made me very uncomfortable due to the way they were trying to get me to disclose top secret information gained in trust during my previous roles. Eventually didn't get an offer, and was ghosted by the company. Would have declined anyway - I learned to trust my gut in these cases the hard way.

I don't even did an Interview. I applied and received a very structured reply saying why they didn't want to proceed with by application (which was completely valid, since I did not meet essential criteria). Not only that, but I was very impressed with the time they took and with the communication style in this very empathetic e-mail.
