Entrevista
I submitted their takehome and received seemingly positive feedback after a few hours, with a request to schedule a technical interview. However, they cancelled on the day of, one hour before the interview, citing problems with the quality of my submission. In general, companies can set whatever standards they want but I made it clear during the initial screening call that I had a tight schedule. I needed to work around the 1 hour technical which never came, and was cancelled with too short of a notice to book another appointment in its slot. The whole process of receiving feedback, then having it rescinded was very inauthentic and I wish they had taken the time to just reject me normally instead of ruining my schedule.

3rd stage is a cultural fit interview with CEO

Pergunta 1
1st interview: get to know eachother, understand whether you are a fit for the role, have you had commercial experience.
2nd Interview:
Product Assessment - Understand the product/service Sequence provide and understand their customer profiles.
Identify an ICP, explain where/how you would look for an ideal company as a potential customer, justify your reasons/thinking behind it all. Identify an individual at the company you've chosen as ur ICP that you want to have a meeting with and justify. Explain how you would secure a meeting with that individual (you have a week with nothing else to do other than secure that meeting), after that you need to roleplay the sales meeting with the company/individual. Final step is a follow up email after the meeting.

Entrevista
It was a 1-hour basic screening call with hiring manager including past experience and decision-making questions. It felt like the interviewer is lacking hiring experience, making his decisions based on what he expects to hear, not what he wants to bring to his team from your unique experience. After that no explanation or feedback was given, so it's a complete waste of time.
