The First will be HR then the Management. Sometimes it is followed by a typing test. All needed is communication skills. The more you are confident the more chances are there for selection. Knowledge of MS excel and computer is an added advantage.

It was bit easy two rounds hr and manager and u have to wait for the period ten to fifteen days to get a offer letter and it will be easy it's bpo process
