I enjoyed the hiring process at Sequoia because I had the chance to meet a lot of people on the Client Service and Benefits Consultant teams. They paired me up with multiple interviewers at once, which allowed me to gauge the company and inter-team dynamics a little better. This also made for a shorter interview schedule than otherwise would have been.
I went through one phone screen and two on-site interviews. I was still working at the time, and I remember them being really flexible about interview times so it didn't disrupt my current job. I really appreciated that, as other companies were not as flexible/understanding.

Not sure there was a "most difficult" question. I guess for me the challenge was showing that my background was great for this role even though I wasn't in a benefits job at the time.
