I applied online and was contacted to schedule an interview time. Scheduling was pretty straightforward and I was able to go in a few days later. I was interviewed by the project manager and team lead. Both were pleasant and asked mostly behavioral questions and some targeted questions about my resume. Mainly focused on writing as this was a technical writing postion

Phone screen, then remote interviewed (by a guy in a messy room, wearing a t-shirt), then ghosted. Would not respond to follow up emails. I guess common courtesy isn't so common anymore. Stay classy Serco.
