the most difficult question for a beginner who has no knowledge about the work in customer service companys is.what is the meaning of customer satisfaction and what are the ways to achieve that

Very relaxed, video call online with questions. Standard general questions nothing too out of the ordinary. Make sure you know your strong points and weak points with examples to reference each point made.
